Participants
A Participant is any person in your Meeting Room viewing your content. Up to 25 Participants can stream simultaneously and any Participant can watch and interact in text chat.
Viewer Hours
One Viewer Hour represents one participant watching your meeting or live event for one hour, or two viewers for 30 minutes each, and so on.
Meeting Rooms
A Meeting Room is one synchronized virtual environment. Each Meeting Room has a unique embed code, can stream different content, and has different participants.

Toll Free Audio Bridge
Participants can join the meeting or live event with a computer’s microphone, or by dialing into a toll-free audio bridge number. *Audio Bridge costs $.09 per minute, per user.
Meeting Recording
Record your meetings from start to finish for so you don’t miss a detail. Customize which parts of the meeting you would like to record, edit the recording after, or download the video files to your computer. *Recording costs $5 per recorded hour.
Layout Manager
The Layout Manager feature dynamically rearranges and resizes the streaming content in your meeting room for smooth transitions and space maximization - delivering a very professional experience.
