Independent filmmakers of the world take note: Tonight at 6:30 PM EST, Tribeca Film Institute, in association with the Time Warner Foundation will be live-streaming a free panel discussion powered by Watchitoo. The panel, called “Budgeting 101” will talk about ways to keep costs down, maximizing available resources, and create a financial plan appropriate for this economic environment.
